Anaerobic exercises are called strength building exercises and help to make your muscles and bones stronger which will increase your metabolism.


An example of aerobic exercise includes: walking, swimming, and biking.


Cardiovascular exercise is called aerobic exercise.


Flexibility exercises are only necessary when you are done jogging.


Low impact exercises are good for people who have chronic joint problems such as arthritis, injury, or chronic pain.


Exercise must be done 7 days per week.


The only benefit to exercise is to decrease your risk of a stroke.


The first three weeks after surgery your activity will be restricted to walking and light household duties.
